Juno Hire recently worked with the fab London-based, creative event production agency, Event Concept at their annual industry party. ‘EventFest’ saw the best venues and catering companies from around London come together to experience all that Event Concept has to offer in terms of event production, including AV, stage production, LED walls and much more. You know it’s going to be a good event when the organisers and attendees are professional party people! Here’s what we got up to…
Guests to EventFest were treated to a mini summer festival with outdoor stages showcasing live music and DJs thanks to music events company Euphonica and a headline act from Basement Jaxx and Flume collaborators, LÖÖMA Soundsystem.
Food stalls by KERB cooked up delicious street food classics and Vits and Kicks served unique, yummy and healthy alcoholic drinks (see, cocktails can be good for you!).
An amazing Vapour Orb was installed by Smith & Sinclair. This meant guests could try a brand new way of consuming cocktails, by ‘swapping taste for scent’. Guests could head over to the Petal Station hosted by Veevers Carter. Here they received makeovers using a sparkling combination of glitter and petals to perfect their look for the evening.
With the drinks (and vapour) flowing, it was time for another fun experience; the GIF tunnel. This was designed and built by Event Concept and Veevers Carter with the tech done by Say Fromage. Guests were invited to strut, dance and stumble a bit down a tunnel whilst having photos taken which turned into an instant GIF, ready to preview, print and share.
We had the pleasure of being an official partner for the event and provided our furniture hire for an exclusive VIP area, which included our super popular Dinky Armchairs and Sofas. Our Dinky Armchairs in Millennial Pink and Claret sat alongside our new Grey Velvet Plaited Pouffes and complimented the pink and purple colour scheme inside the event venue perfectly. Our Dinky Armchairs in Mustard Velvet and Dinky Sofa in Dusky Blue Velvet also made appearances alongside our new Mustard Velvet Button Pouffe, Navy Button Pouffe and all-time favourite, the Hexa Side Table, ensuring guests had a comfy and stylish spot to sit, chat, sip their drinks and rest up from the dance floor. For a contrast in seating, we also provided our high Hula Stools in White, for the full bar experience.
